Chris Culliver probably wishes he was still injured for this one. He had two tackles on the day, but imagine a cornerback's mental state after playing against Tom Brady, and getting torched just like every other cornerback against Tom Brady. It's gotta be a little humbling, right?
Tennessee Titans 34, New Orleans Saints 28
Ryan Succop had a pretty nice day, hitting both extra point attempts, and making two field goals, but he also missed a field goal in the fourth quarter that would've given the Titans the lead in regulation. Instead, Succop just had to sit there on the bench and watch Marcus Mariota get it done in overtime. No, Ryan, there are no extra point attempts in overtime. Sit back down.

Jared Cook had yet another quiet game, with just one catch for 10 yards. It's thanks in no small part to the Vikings secondary, headed by Captain Munnerlyn. Munnerlyn had five solo tackles, including one for a loss, and Nick Foles was blanked in the touchdown column, while throwing just 168 yards. A fine performance by the Vikings' D.
Oakland Raiders 35, Pittsburgh Steelers 38
Miami Dolphins 17, Buffalo Bills 33
A relatively quiet day from Stephon Gilmore here, though for cornerbacks, that usually means they're doing their job in coverage. Gilmore had three tackles and a huge pass deflection. The Dolphins were at Buffalo's 1-yard line with two seconds to go in the first half, and Gilmore's swat prevented a touchdown pass to Charles Clay.

Atlanta Falcons 16, San Francisco 49ers 17
First of all, Blaine Gabbert won a game. That's the real story here. He also threw two passes to Bruce Ellington, but for just 2 total yards. Ellington also had a carry for 7 yards, which is more than Patty DiMarco, who was strictly on blocking duties for this one.
New York Giants 32, Tampa Bay Buccaneers 18
Does anybody know why D.J. Swearinger flat-out isn't being played? You can't tell me this is an issue of talent when he was starting games for a decent Texans team last season. Heck, you can't tell me this is an issue of talent when Chris Conte remains the starting safety on this team.
Denver Broncos 24, Indianapolis Colts 27
Darian Stewart was a busy man, racking up five total tackles in this contest, though only one of those tackles was solo. Are you still proud as a player if you know how many of your stats could be contributed just as much to your teammates? These are the things I ponder.
